Dreams are not random—they are timekeepers of the unconscious, guiding us toward the parts of ourselves waiting to be seen, healed, and expressed. In this group, we explore the language of dreams through the lens of both ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience, discovering how the stories we dream are woven into the body, the nervous system, and the rhythms of time itself.
Each session begins with a gentle centering practice to open the space between waking and dreaming. Participants are invited to share their dreams—whether vivid, fragmented, or recurring—and together we decode their archetypal patterns, symbolic timing, and emotional resonance. You’ll learn how to recognize your personal “time stamps” within dreams: the images, numbers, and cycles that mirror your inner clock and point toward your next steps in life.
Through collaborative analysis, you’ll not only uncover the deeper meaning of your own dreams, but also witness the universal threads that connect us all. Many find it profoundly validating to see how their private symbols echo collective myths, lunar phases, and the shared rhythms of human experience.

We’ll explore the science of nervous system to to solar system alignment, particularly via the vagus nerve.

Most would describe me as a vagus nerve expert, a physical therapist, board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, certified athletic trainer, neurotheologist, author, and body whisperer. Disruptions in subjective time perception and time processing are increasingly recognized as core features of stress, trauma, and chronic nervous system dysregulation, and the common threads between orthopedic, neurological, and mental health diagnoses.
Individuals often report the experience of “being behind,” or living in a perpetual state of temporal pressure, regardless of objective accomplishments.
Research shows that alterations in temporal processing—mediated by brain regions such as the insular cortex, anterior cingulate cortex, and temporoparietal junction—can heighten anxiety, reduce self-efficacy, and impair one’s sense of coherence in daily life.
The Resonance Room provides a structured environment for recalibrating these neural mechanisms of time perception while simultaneously supporting autonomic regulation. Drawing on integrative practices informed by neuroscience and psychology, participants are guided to attenuate excessive external demands, strengthen interoceptive awareness, and establish a more coherent temporal self-narrative. By cultivating self-acceptance and developing strategies to protect this internal alignment, individuals can achieve greater resilience, emotional stability, and sustainable well-being.
